Marathon native celebrates 100th birthday with 180 friends (Wausau Daily Herald)
MARATHON -- Esther Vetter sat in her wheelchair receiving well-wishes from family and friends, while about 180 people sipped coffee and juice, chatted and looked through photo albums Sunday at St. Marys Elementary School in Marathon.
